Oil resistant plastics and composites Water Compatibility: Readily forms a milky stable emulsion with varying water qualities. Avoid water with high chloride content i.e. above 50 ppm & high calcium or magnesium contents exceeding 500 ppm APPLICATIONS Sawing, milling, drilling, turning and other chip forming operations. Grinding operations like surface grind, cylindrical and centreless grinding. Suggested water dilution ratios are: General Machining : 1:14 to 1:20 Difficult materials or operations : 1:10 to 1:14 Grinding : 1:30 to 1:50 Guidelines of Use Suggested dilution ratios may vary marginally depending upon the severity of the operations, water hardness and work piece material Sump should be thoroughly cleaned before charging Concentration levels should be checked periodically and maintained Recommended to add oil to water and not vice versa.
